I wore this look to uni today. I dont normally use turquoise or bluish colours on my eyes because I cant pull them off. but this came on on the greenish side so I liked it. I hardly use neutral colours because they don't show up or look nice on my dark eye lids so I prefer bright colours for everyday which are shimmery or metallic.
